Refund Policy

Unfortunately STARS Therapy Inc. does not issue refunds. All evaluations, consultations, and sessions must be paid for in full and in advance. If emailed written notice is received by blair@stars-therapy.com 24 hours before the scheduled evaluation, consultation, or session a credit can be issued and used for rescheduling.

If STARS Therapy Inc. has to cancel an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified as soon as possible via email and you will be issued a credit to use for a future evaluation, consultation, or session.
